A beginners mat course is recommended for anyone new to Pilates. Blocks are usually six weeks in length but can vary due to holidays. We limit classes to ten people to ensure maximum personal tuition. Classes incorporate small equipment such as magic circles, pilates arcs, togu balls and foam rollers.
e.g. 6 classes / £75
Mat-work experience is useful but not a pre-requisite. Reformer classes add resistance to the repertoire and give a more challenging workout. Sessions are limited to Six to ensure maximum personal tuition and safety.
Small Group Sessions
e.g. 4 sessions / £60
Small Group sessions are for between two and four people, each benefiting from their own programme, using a mix of mat-work and equipment. Small Group sessions are an ideal way for friends and family to share the cost of more personalised tuition that is not possible in a class situation
e.g. 4 sessions / £160
For those who have been referred by a health practitioner, have a specific need / injury they need to address or those wanting a quick-start to regular sessions. A full postural analysis will be carried out and any issues discussed. 1-2-1 is also suitable for those who simply prefer personal tuition.
