Pilates has revolutionised my life over the last 18 years. I was first introduced to the principles of Pilates following a back injury and I found the benefits life changing. So 7 years ago I decided to become a fully qualified Balance Body Pilates mat instructor. I completed this training so I could help others with chronic pain like me. I had tried many different forms of treatments however Pilates literally changed my life. It was this positive experience that lead me into teaching and sharing the benefits of Pilates and movement with other people. I am also dedicated to my own continuous learning and development, focusing on anatomy the connection between musculoskeletal systems and movement.
