I am a fully qualified Balanced Body Pilates Mat Instructor. Previously I worked as an Occupational Therapist for nearly 25 years. Pilates was initially recommended to me over 20 years ago by my Physiotherapist as I was suffering with lower back and hip pain.
Pilates helped me reduce my pain and was particularly beneficial following my pregnancies, helping me regain my posture, strength and flexibility.
Over the years I have experienced both physical and mental improvements with Pilates. That's why I decided to train to be a Pilates teacher in order that I could share these numerous benefits with others.
