I am an experienced Sports Massage therapist and I have worked along side Physiotherapists and Osteopaths for over 12yrs. I am a trained Body balanced Pilates instructor and part of the Purely Pilates collective.
Pilates for me is an extension of my work as a therapist, allowing me to help clients to regain or improve movement and function. Through Pilates it allows me to treat and prevent common injuries I see daily.
I am passionate about keeping clients moving, what ever their age or size. Moving correctly helps us maintain quality of life and with it good mental health, whether you are competing in an iron man or doing a spot of light gardening Pilates can help.
I teach small intimate classes ensuring everyone gets the support they need. My classes are warm and friendly and open to all.
