My passion for Pilates started about 10yrs ago, after experiencing a few back injuries and needing physiotherapy. I was advised to take up Pilates to strengthen my core and back, which would improve my posture and decrease back pain allowing me to maintain an active lifestyle and a physical job.
The more I practised the better I felt for everyday life activities and to continue working as a Veterinary Nurse and horse riding.
Because of my love of this form of exercise, I am now a fully qualified Balanced Body Pilates Mat Instructor.
