Balanced Body have a logistics partner who operate a warehouse near Heathrow Airport. Popular items are stocked there and you might be lucky to receive your order quickly. Otherwise your order will be shipped to the logistics partner in the next container which happens every 2-3 months.

When you check out the pricing on Balanced Body's website, everything is priced in USD ($). You will receive a quote which will add shipping, import duty and VAT, then the total is converted to GBP (£) at the prevailing exchange rate.

Please note, for any equipment that comes via the logistics partner you do not need to handle any of the import or customs formalities. The logistics partner does this on your behalf since they are the importer. On the other hand, if you ask Balanced Body to ship an order directly to you, then you will have to handle the customs formalities.
