Pilates Classes for beginners to advanced, Mat and Reformer based. Specific Pilates sessions for small groups and one-to-one. Remedial Pilates for those with long term debilitating problems or injury related issues. Pilates for age-related physical problems, for pre & post natal women, for horse riders, golfers, etc.
MAT CLASSES
A beginners mat course is recommended for anyone new to Pilates. Blocks are usually six weeks in length but can vary due to holidays. We limit classes to eight people to ensure maximum personal tuition. Classes incorporate small equipment such as magic circles, pilates arcs, togu balls and foam rollers.

REFORMER CLASSES
Mat-work experience is useful but not a pre-requisite. Reformer classes add resistance to the repertoire and give a more challenging workout. Classes are limited to eight people to ensure maximum personal tuition and safety.



Pilates Reformer Class
ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS
For those who have been referred by a health practitioner, have a specific need / injury they need to address or those wanting a quick-start to regular sessions. A full postural analysis will be carried out and any issues  discussed. 1-2-1 is also suitable for those who simply prefer personal tuition.
Pilates Private
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Small Group sessions are for between two and four people, each benefiting from their own programme, using a mix of mat-work and equipment. Small Group sessions are an ideal way for friends and family to share  the cost of more personalised tuition that is not possible in a class situation

CLASS TIMETABLE & BOOKING

The next 6-week block of studio classes starts on Monday 11th October 2021 and runs through to Friday 19th November. We are continuing to run one weekly Zoom class on Wednesday mornings at 9:00am.

There is a new Beginners class on Tuesdays at 10:30am.

We have a few odd spaces for people with Pilates experience who are not current clients but would like to try us out. Contact us to enquire.

CLASS TYPES

Most studio classes are Reformer only because it is easier to clean and sanitise the hard and vinyl surfaces of Reformers than it is with mats on the floor. However, all Reformers are equipped with Mat Converters, which allow us to configure the Reformers like padded vinyl mats raised off the floor. We will  run Mat classes once or twice during each block for an element of variety.

We also incorporate small equipment into classes, such as Pilates Arcs, Foam Rollers, Bands & Balls, Gondola Poles and Jump Boards.

STAYING COVID-19 SECURE

We confirm that we are complying with the government's guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. Each Reformer has a sanitisation kit and will normally be cleaned and sanitised before the start of class, but on occasion we may ask clients to do this.

When entering the studio, please remove your footwear and leave them in the shoe rack. Please wear / bring socks. Grip socks are preferable. No bare feet in the studio. Face masks and shields are optional.
