REFORMER CLASSES
Mat-work experience is useful but not a pre-requisite. Reformer classes add resistance to the repertoire and give a more challenging workout. Classes are limited to eight people to ensure maximum personal tuition and safety. Classes vary week-by-week. The repertoire is enhanced using small props - Pilates Arcs, Foam Rollers, Balls, Bands, Isotoners and Jump Boards. Each Reformer is equipped with a Mat Converter which allows us to occasionally run Mat classes on the Reformer.

ONE-TO-ONE & SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
For those who have been referred by a health practitioner, have a specific need / injury they need to address or those wanting a quick-start to group classes. A full postural analysis will be carried out and any issues  discussed. 1-2-1 is also suitable for those who simply prefer personal tuition. Small Group sessions are an ideal way for friends and family to share  the cost of more personalised tuition that is not possible in a class situation. Private sessions expand the range of Pilates equipment, using Reformers with Towers, Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chairs and the CoreAlign.

CLASS TIMETABLE & BOOKING
A new 6-week block of Pilates classes starts on Monday 14th October 2024 and runs through to Sunday 24th November. There won't be any Saturday & Sunday classes on 2nd / 3rd November (week 3) due to a teacher training event.

We have a few odd spaces for people with Pilates experience who are not current clients but would like to try us out. Contact us to enquire before you book a class. Let us know how much Pilates experience you have and whether you prefer mornings or evenings.

CLASS TYPES
All studio classes are Reformer based (large Pilates apparatus). We incorporate small equipment into the Reformer classes, such as Pilates Arcs, Foam Rollers, Bands & Balls, Spinefitters, Gondola Poles and Jump Boards. Each Reformer is also equipped with a Mat Converter, which enables us to configure the Reformers like padded vinyl mats raised off the floor. We run occasional Mat classes for an element of variety.

CLASS LEVELS
L0 = Beginner
L1 = Beginner Plus
L2 = Intermediate
L3 = Intermediate Plus
L4 = Advanced

Each session is booked for 4 weeks at a time. The amount you pay is based on the number in the Group and whether you pay individually or in total.
